To modify a bar joist by selecting a new support member

Select
(Place Bar Joist).
The Place Bar Joist, modeling dialog for mode selection appears with the default Place Single mode.
- Select .

Select the bar joist to modify.
The Modify Bar Joist dialog opens.

Select a new support member at the start of the bar joist by
opening the
End 1 Details tab, and clicking
New in the
End1 Support Member details. Then select a new
member to use as the first support.
The member information updates.

Click
Modify.
The bar joist is regenerated with the starting end associated to the newly selected support member.
